We understand that we all lead busy lives and it may be a challenge to attend all scheduled appointments. Please be aware that we have a waiting list of clients and due to the manner in which we reserve time for each of our clients for a minimum of 45 minutes- to one hour, without a minimum of 24 hours notice, we are unable to offer services to anyone else during your reserved time.

Please be advised as of January 2020, Advanced Counseling Associates will charge $50 for any missed appointments. All changes to appointments should be done via e-mail to advancedcounselingassociates@gmail.com subject-(Cancellation) or by calling 631 647-9009.

If you fail to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice or you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged a fee of $50 .
