I have been in and out of therapy most of my life, in my adult years I found myself needing to cope with some unhealed issues and needing a certain perspective on things, and I can honestly say Marissa has exceeded my expectations. I’ve seen Marissa a little over a year and I truly feel that this has been the most successful year in my growth, my self esteem and all around perception. I can feel a huge change in my overall behavior and I am very grateful to have met and opened up to someone who was able to give me the tools and confidence needed to deal with the majority of things going on in my life. I am on an as needed basis now, and for the first time in a long time I feel like I can just be.

I’ve been in therapy a very long time and for past couple years Tyra is my therapist. I have OCD, anxiety & depression. Tyra listens and is very thoughtful and helpful w her questions and our conversations. She has helped me inso many ways. My only negative is that Tyra is not an OCD specialist. Otherwise she is intelligent, insightful, caring at and has helped me particularly w my personal relationships. 10 Stars!! The staff, in particular Hifvsa is at the desk. For a couple years now I have been in and out of therapy, struggling to find my path and trying to discover my identity. I've had trouble with decision making, ambivalence and just overall confidence. I've had one therapist before but they don't compare to what Dan Costello has done for me. Through his wisdom and diverse background, Dan has been able to help me gain a lot of my confidence back and has truly been an inspiration, showing me that there's a lot more importance and depth to life than I once thought. I've become more confident, spiritual and overall optimistic about my life and I highly recommend Dan Costello to anyone struggling in any way or to anyone looking to better themselves as a person. Dan has shown he's really cared and I can gladly say he's felt like more of a friend than a therapist which is something I value greatly.

I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for most of my adult life and have seen several therapists for it. Nothing made a difference until I met Dan Costello from Advanced Counseling Associates. I was in an emotional crisis that was also effecting my marriage. Dan is compassionate and had an immediate calming influence on me and over the course of a few months was able to give me tools to help myself. Dan’s spiritual counseling and use of Reiki was very healing for me. Dan is very easy to talk to. I feel blessed to have him as my therapist, teacher and now friend. My life has improved dramatically and so has my marriage. I have Dan Costello to thank for that and I am forever grateful.

Advanced Counseling Associates has quite literally been a godssend. My therapist, Dan Costello, is honestly one of the most amazing and genuine people I've ever met. Every week I look forward to our conversations. He's compassionate, wise, and I feel like I'm in a safe space with him, even when we delve into more difficult thoughts. I never feel as if I'm being judged. I can definitely say I'm in a better place than I was even though I know there's much more work to do. My son was a patient of Advanced counseling for over two years. He went in once a week. It was very difficult to find someone to work with my son. He had severe trust issues and high anxiety. That all changed once we found advanced. The office is warm and welcoming and the staff at the desk is so friendly. The counselors were so patient with my son. After three weeks of visits he felt comfortable going, almost excited. They created a safe space he could express himself. He didn't even want me going in with him anymore. That right there showed me they gained his trust. Over the course of his visits his anxiety decreased, his self confidence was being restored. Now two years later he still seeks this safe space but only when he feels it's needed. I am so glad we found advanced. It's been a game changer.

My experience with Advance Counseling has been absolutely wonderful. My life has changed drastically and for the better. Lisa has given me so much support as we continue to work on new challenges but most important Lisa has taught me to look at life from a different prospective. I feel honored to talk to her weekly.

As a Veteran, I was apprehensive about starting Therapy. Ms. Asner put me in contact with Dan Costello. Dan was also a Veteran and our connection was immediate. I have been seeing Dan for over a year. He has helped me through alcohol and PTSD issues. Dan has become my go to person to talk safely about any and all issues in my life. More importantly he has been with me for Good and bad over the last year. He has been able to draw out feelings I have suppressed for years. I would recommend him for any Veteran or non-Vet, No matter your life experience. He is a caring, loving person that puts his patience first.

Shante at Advanced Counseling has been very helpful in my journey with tackling anxiety and panic disorder. Before I started CBT with Shante I was in a very bad state in my life. I was non functional in my personal and professional lives. Shante helped guide me with tackling anxiety and learning how to live life with it and overcome on the low days. Her kindness and and welcoming personality bring a level of comfort and safety during therapy sessions. I have been able to recover and gain control of my life. I am able to live without the constant worry that anxiety is known to cause. I highly recommend Advanced Counseling.

Tyra Gonzalez cares for my daughter, and she has been incredibly helpful in guiding her to manage her ADHD. Starting right before lockdown, her gentle and effective therapeutic approach during both in-person and telehealth sessions has helped my daughter thrive and just shine from within. I have been a client with Advanced counseling Services for about five months. The counselor's name is Dan Costello. Dan has amazing experience. I speak /or Zoom Once a Week.
